TEOCHEW SLICE FISH SOUP @ Compass Point Kopitiam

Thickly sliced fish that won't crumble at the grip of chopsticks.

Salted Bean Sauce + Chili Padi = SHIOK!
According to my Majesty (aka my mudder), she says traditional Teochew slice fish soup always serve salted bean sauce as a dip.
*tsk tsk.. shame on me, its my root, and I didn't know*

I love going to this stall at Kopitiam, where they serve scrumpilicious piping hot slice fish soup with bitter gourd. What goes in the bowl is mackerel thickly sliced, bitter gourd, tofu, lettuce, seaweed and tomato.
Doesn't this dish just scream "HEALTHY"? : )
